Many of the Spring 2011 collections showed the exposed midriff, which is usually looked down upon unless done right. I am a big fan of crop tops so I am perfectly happy with this new trend; however, this does not mean you can just have your stomach hanging out all of the time. Be sure to pair a crop top with high-waisted bottoms, so only a portion of your skin is showing; not too much.
